Some Freaquently Asked Questions:

How long will it take you to install my new system?

  • Usually, our installs take us just a couple of days, but since every property is different and has their own unique characteristics, it will vary.

How much damage will you do to our existing lawn when you install?

  • When we install a new system or need to install pipe on existing turf, we do everything we can to do as little damage as possible. We use a specialized machine called a vibratory plow. It only leaves a small slit in the ground as it pulls the pipe in. In some cases, the turf is very thin and you can see more damage, but you’re going to have a new sprinkler system very soon to help heal it up faster!

How long before you show up to install my system?

  • We will install your system as soon as possible, but we will always install in the order in which we receive a signed proposal with required deposit. We know you want your system as soon as possible and we work very hard to get to your property as soon as we can.

“I’m having a pool installed” and “I’m having some trees and a fence installed”

  • These are some of the most common reasons for contacting us before you proceed. We can help guide you on what needs done with regard to your sprinkler system. Many times, we will advise you to go ahead and put that new tree wherever you want it (since you’ll see the tree, not the pipes underground). We can relocate pipes if, by chance, you run into any while digging.

  • For pools, many times we will need to remodel the system a bit to accommodate the new shape of the property. We can give specific advice for your property. Just give a call or text.

I heard from my friend that the backflow testing is a racket and I don’t need to do it”

  • This is false!

  • The backflow testing is required by law

  • The city and state do not make any money from testing

  • Backflow testing is the only way we can determine if your sprinkler system is contaminating our public water supply. There are no visible signs that it may be working or not, so testing is the way to find out.
